About Lisa
My name is Josh Seitner and I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer. I grew up out in the country of good old Indiana. I live about ten miles outside of a small town that is known for farming and Orthopedic Companies in Warsaw. My town is even smaller called Silver Lake. I have spent my whole life playing sports. I remember spending hours outside when I was a kid throwing a ball at my grandparent’s old milk parlor practicing pitching day after day. Some of my favorite athletics include: basketball, football, wrestling, and racing dirt bikes. I also am an avid fitness competitor in WBFF Fitness model division, NPC physique, Naturally Fit games and various modeling competitions. I love the mental drive and hard work it takes to get one’s body lean and prepared to step on stage. Goal setting and achieving is one of the best ways to push yourself!

About Lisa

My name is Lisa Becks and I am a passionate Personal Trainer and NPC Bikini Competitor. Since I was a young girl I have always struggled with proper nutrition and weight. I grew up with a stable diet of “meat, veggies and potatoes” and “you must finish your plate” and only eating once maybe twice a day. So, I never understood the value of nutrition, calories or macronutrients. Four years ago wanting to control my weight and feel more energized I started working out at the gym. This quickly became a stress reliever and energy booster for me and became a consistent part of my daily routine. But, it was not until I met Josh Seitner that I learned all about the food portion of the equation to meet my weight loss and body fat goals. I very quickly learned that it is close to 70% diet, 30% gym in order to lose weight, keep it off and feel great!
